Due to the unique nature of the goods we offer and our financial commitment to our artisans, we can not offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This policies applies to any sale, including custom order/pre-order deposits. Please be mindful when making a purchase.
The ONLY exception to this policy is if an item purchased directly from our shop is structurally damaged upon receipt, or if there was a processing error. Should that happen, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right!
Items purchased through third parties, private sales, or BST groups are excluded and do not qualify for these exceptions.
If you are using an active discount code, please be aware that the code must be entered at the time of checkout. We will not adjust invoices after purchase.
